How to Student Council:


Wir alle sind Fachschaft! Deshalb tragen auch wir alle eine Verantwortung dafür, wie unsere Räume aussehen. Hier deshalb einige Hinweise und auch Lösungswege zum Troubleshooting. 

Spülmaschine
– Stellt eure benutzen Tassen bitte IN die Spülmaschine. 
– Wenn sie voll ist stellt die Spülmaschine bitte an
– Wenn die Maschine läuft stellt weitere Tassen bitte auf die Maschine, nicht in die Spüle
– Sind die Tabs leer können ohne vorherige Absprache durch ein Vertretungsmitglied neue Tabs gekauft werden (Grundsatzbeschluss der FS) und die Rechnung beim Finanzer eingereicht werden. 

Tassen
Die Tassen gehören in die Spülmaschine. Wenn die Fachschaft geschlossen ist und man keinen Zugang hat, darf man sie ausnahmsweise im leisen Lernraum in den Wagen stellen. Wenn die Spülmaschine voll ist, darf die Tasse ausnahmsweise auf die Spülmaschine gestellt werden. Nicht in die Spüle und entferne immer alles aus der Tassen!

Was mache ich, wenn die Spülmaschinentabs leer sind? 
Scannt den QR Code bei der Spülmaschine (Schöner Wohnen) und beschreibt das Problem. Die Fachschaftsvertretung bekommt dann eine entsprechende Mitteilung und kann sich um das Anliegen kümmern. 
Und bitte: Spülmittel gehört NICHT in die Spülmaschine (sie geht davon neben der massiven Schaumentwicklung auch kaputt). 

Kaffeemaschine
Jeder ist herzlich eingeladen die Kaffeemaschine zu nutzen. Wenn einmal ein Produkt leer ist: scannt den QR Code auf der Kaffeemaschine (AG Kaffee) und beschreibt kurz das Problem. Die entsprechenden Produkte werden kurzfristig nachgefüllt, bzw. das beschriebene Problem wird behoben. 

Räume der Fachschaft
Die Fachschaft ist kein Lernraum. Natürlich darf man mal eben eine Mail verschicken, o.ä., aber sie ist ein Raum der Zusammenkunft. Zum Lernen haben wir den leisen Lernraum nebenan, oder den lauten Lernraum über der Mitarbeitermensa.
Hinten rechts bei den Computern hängt ein Staubsauger, der darf gerne durch jede:n von euch genutzt werden 😉 

Der Müll stapelt sich? 
Dann scannt bitte den QR Code bei den Mülleimern (Schöner Wohnen) und beschreibt das Problem. Die Fachschaftsvertretung bekommt dann eine entsprechende Mitteilung und kann sich um das Anliegen kümmern.

Mikrowelle

Müll

For pickup, an AWT container (Automated Goods Transport system) must be ordered.
Internal numbers:
Request AWT container – 800 13 (please specify what is to be disposed of)
Pickup of AWT container – 35 24 3
If a number does not work, or if you have other requests for internal services, please call the general information desk at “10”.

Refrigerator
When cleaning the Student Council rooms, please also check the refrigerator and dispose of expired or unlabelled food.

(Deposit) bottles
Bottles left in the Student Council rooms become the property of the Student Council. Accordingly, they must be regularly taken to return the deposit. The deposit money can be reinvested directly into items such as dishwasher tabs, etc. The remainder goes into the money jar in the right green cupboard behind the computers.

Funding Applications

If you need financial support for a project, you are welcome to submit a funding application at the next student council meeting. Important information about the application process and how to submit it can be found here. CAVE: The applicant must be present at the student council meeting. If it is not yet clear who will attend, simply list multiple people.

Transponder (Access Card) Applications

To obtain a transponder, please fill out this survey and subscribe to the following mailing list: Transponder mailing list.
After completing the transponder application, you are welcome to attend the next student council meeting to introduce yourself so that the student council representatives can vote on your application.
The dates of the meetings can be found in the student council calendar directly on our homepage.

The rights and duties, both in general for medical students and for work within the Student Council, are laid down in various documents.

Student Council Regulations (Fachschaftsordnung)
The Student Council Regulations form the basis for Student Council work, taking into account and complying with the limits set by the Framework Regulations for Student Councils and the Statutes of the Student Body.

Rules of Procedure (Geschäftsordnung)
The Rules of Procedure set out the rules for the “day-to-day business” of the Student Council representatives and the Student Council board, including the conduct of meetings and the handling of applications.

Faculty Regulations (Fakultätsordnung)
The Faculty Regulations define the tasks and responsibilities of the Medical Faculty. We as students are also members of the Medical Faculty and serve on various committees and commissions together with teaching staff.
