The Student Council rooms are open irregularly. Only students whose transponder has been activated for the Student Council are authorized to open and close the rooms. If the door is open, access is generally open to everyone. When the last student with Student Council access leaves, the Student Council must be closed. If you are actively involved in a project or in the Student Council, you can apply for transponder access to the Student Council rooms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. The quiet study room is accessible to all students at any time using a transponder.
UKA Facilities
Goods Receipt
All deliveries addressed to the University Hospital Aachen arrive at the goods and parcel reception. Shipments can be picked up directly there.
Location
The goods and parcel reception is located in the supply building. Take elevator C1 to level -3 and follow the service corridor in the direction of the supply building. At the end of the corridor, turn right and walk a few meters past the door to the loading yard until you reach the sliding glass door. Please ring the bell there.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Cash office
The cash office is located in the entrance hall of the University Hospital on the mezzanine above the Sparkasse, near the public cafeteria.

Magazin
The store is located near the library in corridor C of the hospital: Floor E / Corridor C / between C5 and C6 / Room 18. Service hours:

Room Booking
Rooms within the University Hospital (e.g. Zahn 7) can be booked for Student Council events. To do so, an email must be sent to the following address. The email must include the title of the event as well as the name and telephone number of the contact person: service-raumbuchung@ukaachen.de
