Study Spaces:
Currently, the following study spaces are available at the University Hospital Aachen:
The Medical Library is open Mon–Fri from 8:00–21:00, and on Saturdays from 9:00–17:00. The facilities are available to all students. Eating and drinking are not permitted. Eduroam is available in the Medical Library.
The study workspaces (“learning room”) next to the Student Council are open daily from 7:30–22:00. These facilities are available to all students of Human and Dental Medicine as well as Speech Therapy. Access is only possible with a University Hospital student ID card. The study workspaces are air-conditioned. Eduroam is also available in the learning room.
Both the Medical Library and the study workspaces at the Student Council are quiet study areas. Conversations, phone calls, and anything that may disturb other students while studying are not permitted.
In addition, there is a group study room located above the staff cafeteria. The entrance is at elevator B1 on floor 1. These facilities are available to all students of Human and Dental Medicine as well as Speech Therapy. Access is only possible with a University Hospital student ID card.
